The HCPH Capacity Strengthening Program provides up to $100,000 over 16 months to Harris County community-based organizations. It offers customized funding, technical assistance, monthly training, workshops, and peer learning to enhance organizational operations, efficiency, partnerships, fiscal health, leadership, and team performance.
Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) or fiscally sponsored community-based organizations based in Harris County with programs addressing public health priorities. Preference is given to organizations with fewer than 25 employees and limited infrastructure.
