The CAP Fellows Program supports two-year postdoctoral fellowships focused on applied research addressing climate change impacts on fish, wildlife, and ecosystems. Fellows work regionally with mentors from Climate Adaptation Science Centers and collaborate nationally on synthesis products related to a common climate theme, such as wildfire or aquatic flows. The next cohort on invasive species starts in Summer 2027.
