This grant supports horse and dog shelters, sanctuaries, and rescue facilities, prioritizing those located in the Lake of the Ozarks area. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) public organizations and other IRS-approved entities such as government entities, school districts, and churches serving this region. Funding up to $10,000 is available to improve animal welfare and support community leadership.
