Provides need-based scholarships for K-8 students from under-resourced Philadelphia families to attend tuition-based schools. Awards are given by random lottery, covering up to four years with an average award of $2,320 and a maximum of $3,350. Up to three children per family may receive scholarships annually.
Eligible applicants are families and students residing in Philadelphia with children in grades K-8 who meet household income guidelines.
