SU-CASA funds artists and organizations for collaborative residencies at senior centers across NYC boroughs. It supports in-person, process-oriented arts activities that engage older adults, culminating in public showcases. Eligible applicants include individual artists applying through local arts councils and organizations applying through the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs. Projects emphasize creative process and community collaboration from March to June 2027.
Individual artists or collaborative pairs (up to two people) may apply through local arts councils in one NYC borough. Organizations apply through the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs. Multiple applications by one artist are disqualifying.
