The 2027 Community Engagement Grants support Bronx-based artists, collectives, and nonprofits with arts missions to create high-quality community-based arts projects. Funding is available through three funds targeting individual artists, collectives, and nonprofits with varying budget sizes, including support for new work. Grants range up to $17,500 across disciplines such as dance, theater, music, visual arts, film, literary arts, and interdisciplinary forms.
Eligible applicants are Bronx-based individual artists, unincorporated artist collectives or ensembles, and nonprofit organizations with an arts mission. Eligibility varies by fund based on budget size and fiscal sponsorship.
