This fellowship enables U.S. Department of State employees to reflect on their government experience and engage with leading experts on technology policy and foreign policy. Fellows deepen their knowledge of international relations through extensive participation in CFR’s meetings and events.
Eligibility is limited to direct-hire employees of the U.S. Department of State.
