Creative Capacity Grants provide general operating support to Arizona-based nonprofit organizations and municipal or tribal government units whose primary mission is to produce, present, teach, or serve the arts. Funding covers salaries, production, and administrative expenses for the period July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Applications follow an alternate year cycle with full applications every three years and abbreviated submissions in alternate years.
Eligible applicants are Arizona-based nonprofit organizations or municipal/tribal government units with a primary arts mission. Organizations must meet budget thresholds and may apply through a fiscal sponsor if unincorporated and under $200,000.
