This grant supports institutions of higher education in advancing translational and use-inspired research, technology development, and commercialization. Track 1 targets Clemson University, University of South Carolina, and Medical University of South Carolina to accelerate university-owned technologies to market. Track 2 supports other public institutions to build capacity and sustainable partnerships for long-term research and commercialization goals.
Track 1 eligibility is limited to Clemson University, University of South Carolina, and Medical University of South Carolina as lead applicants. Track 2 is open to all other public institutions of higher education not included in Track 1.
