This opportunity funds projects seeking inclusion on the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund priority list after or concurrent with submitting a Viability Assessment and Preliminary Engineering Report. Applicants must be at the construction permitting stage through Iowa DNR and submit multiple signed forms and detailed project, environmental, and cost information. The IUP is updated annually with quarterly updates as needed. Loan applications are separate and submitted after bids are received.
Applicants must have projects at the construction permitting stage with approved or concurrently submitted Viability Assessment and Preliminary Engineering Report within 3 years. They must submit completed and signed forms and comply with all applicable State and Federal requirements.
