Supports multidisciplinary consortia projects focusing on securing and responsibly using strategic material and digital resources vital to Finland and the EU. Projects must address societal challenges, produce new knowledge, and develop concrete solutions to strengthen critical value chains. Funding covers consortium PI salary and requires active participation in SRC activities and adherence to responsible science principles.
Eligible applicants are consortia with at least three organisations and three research fields. PIs and WP leaders must hold doctoral degrees and docent-level research experience. Interaction coordinators must be qualified but need not have a doctorate.
