Supports enrollment in certificate, diploma, or degree programs at Kansas public or eligible independent institutions. Awards apply only to fall and spring semesters and cover costs at public institution rates.
Applicants must be enlisted members of the Kansas Air or Army National Guard or their dependents. Enrollment at Kansas public or eligible independent institutions is required. A GED or high school diploma is required, and applicants must not hold a bachelor's degree.
