The African Humanities Program offers fellowships to early career researchers and faculty at African universities, providing stipends for an academic year free from teaching to revise dissertations or conduct major research projects. Fellows may request residential stays at African institutes outside their home country to focus on writing and foster international scholarly communication. Post-fellowship, manuscript development workshops help guide publication efforts, advancing humanities research and networks across Africa and globally.
