CanExport SMEs provides funding up to $50,000 per project to Canadian small and medium-sized enterprises aiming to enter new international markets. The program covers up to 50% of eligible costs and supports projects targeting markets with limited prior sales. Eligible SMEs must have 3 to 500 employees, meet revenue criteria, and apply during the annual intake window.
Eligible applicants are incorporated Canadian SMEs with 3 to 500 employees and annual revenue between $300,000 and $100 million. Projects must target new international markets with limited prior sales and have not started before application approval.
