The program includes an 8-week virtual planning phase with workshops and expert mentoring, followed by a 4-month implementation phase for selected businesses with personalized support and an in-person learning trip. Eligible applicants are small and medium-sized hotels, boutique resorts, and beach clubs operating in Quintana Roo, Belize, Guatemala, or Honduras. Businesses must be actively operating with annual revenue of at least USD 60,000 and interested in environmental improvements.
