SolarCorps offers an 11-month paid fellowship to build careers in clean energy through hands-on experience, industry certifications, mentorship, and professional development. Tracks include Construction & Installation, Community Outreach, Workforce Development, Solar Design & O&M, Project Management & Development, and Clean Mobility Access. Fellows receive a living stipend or hourly pay plus benefits and career support.
Applicants must be 18 or older, pass a background check, and commit to the full 11-month term. Specific roles require a valid driver's license or reliable internet. AmeriCorps positions require U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency; DACA recipients are eligible for non-AmeriCorps roles.
