The 2027-2028 Community Enhancement Grant provides CDBG funding for public service activities benefiting low- and moderate-income residents of Raleigh. Projects must meet federal CDBG and National Objective requirements, demonstrate community need, align with city priorities, and be administered on a reimbursement basis. Funding requests may not exceed 50% of the project budget or 25% of the organization's annual operating budget.
Applicants must demonstrate organizational and financial capacity, ability to implement projects, and meet federal CDBG and National Objective requirements. Must serve eligible Raleigh residents and comply with RFP criteria.
