This grant provides matching reimbursement up to 50% of qualified interior construction costs to help property owners in Raleigh activate vacant or underutilized commercial building spaces. It supports new business uses and job creation but excludes residential properties, franchises, exterior projects, and properties outside Raleigh. Applications are accepted quarterly.
Eligible applicants are property owners of commercial buildings located in Raleigh. Residential properties, franchises, exterior projects, and properties outside Raleigh are not eligible.
