The CDL-Rockies program supports startups employing technology and business model innovations that promise significant economic and welfare improvements. It admits ventures with working prototypes or proof of concept ready for seed funding. Participants receive mentorship from entrepreneurs, access to capital including angels and VCs, technical advice, student support, and connections to legal and financial services.
