This grant program supports North Dakota companies and organizations developing or marketing agriculture-based products or services that add value to the state's agriculture. Funding spans six categories: Basic and Applied Research; Marketing and Utilization; Farm Diversification; Technical Assistance; Nature Based Agri-Tourism; and Prototype Development and Technology. Applicants are evaluated on job creation, scientific merit, commercialization potential, matching funds, and geographic factors.
Eligible applicants are North Dakota companies adding value to agriculture, including those registered with the North Dakota Secretary of State, higher education agencies, groups, and individuals.
