Supports development and expansion of export markets for U.S. agricultural commodities in low- and middle-income countries. Funds activities including market assessments, travel to emerging markets and the U.S., and technical training to strengthen trade relationships and improve food and rural business systems. Eligible applicants include government agencies, nonprofits, universities, cooperatives, trade groups, and private companies. Cost share is required for most applicants.
