This program provides grants up to $250,000 to building owners for retrofitting interior electric and gas infrastructure to convert industrial buildings into multi-tenant facilities. Funding is distributed through local industrial development agencies or quasi public development corporations to support industrial building redevelopment and energy efficiency improvements.
