Supports bilateral technological cooperation between Spanish and Turkish companies to jointly develop innovative products, processes, and services with commercial potential. Projects must have a clear R&D component, focus on market applications, and be civil in nature. Priority areas include smart manufacturing, renewable energies, intelligent mobility, and the agri-food sector. Applications require international consortia and formal submission via the Eureka platform and CDTI Innovación.
Eligible applicants are consortia of at least two independent legal entities, including at least one Spanish and one Turkish entity. No single entity or country may exceed 70% of the total project budget.
