A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted for the project. Interested parties are to meet at the Central Maui Landfill Main Office, Puunene, Maui, Hawaii on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM. After the meeting, interested parties will be invited to meet at the Central Maui Landfill, for a tour of the facility. While attendance to the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, bidders are strongly encouraged to attend both the pre-bid meeting and site visit, as the scope of this work requires significant familiarity of the existing site conditions.
