The Community Funding Partnership supports multi-benefit, community-led water projects on Colorado's western slope. Projects must address water needs in at least two categories including agriculture, infrastructure, healthy rivers, watershed health, and conservation. Funding supports locally led initiatives aligned with community priorities and regional water plans. Applicants require a Board of County Commissioners Letter of Support. Four grant types are available, with applications accepted on a rolling basis.
Open to individuals, local governments, corporations, nonprofits, partnerships, and other entities working on water projects within the Colorado River District’s 15-county service area on Colorado's western slope.
