Supports short-term professional development activities including travel to meetings, seminars, training sessions, or creative activities for permanent employees of BCLA libraries. Applicants must submit individual applications with endorsement letters, detailed budgets, and a reflective report post-activity. Grants prioritize broad benefit distribution and do not fund retroactively.
Applicants must be permanent employees of a BCLA library. Applications are individual, including library directors. Multiple applications per institution are allowed. Team applications require each participant to apply individually.
