This program funds projects that improve quality of life in rural Oklahoma communities by supporting eligible activities under Section 105(a) of the Federal Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, excluding water and wastewater projects. It aims to help communities thrive, grow, and foster pride among citizens through community revitalization efforts.
Eligible applicants are units of general local government such as cities, towns, and counties in Oklahoma. Other entities are not eligible.
