This program provides loans and grants to Microenterprise Development Organizations to foster startup and growth of microenterprises through a Rural Microloan Revolving Fund. It also funds training and technical assistance for microloan borrowers and micro entrepreneurs to enhance their business success.
Eligible applicants are Microenterprise Development Organizations.
