Funded activities include building independent living and tenancy skills, ensuring compliance with state housing and health policies, and prioritizing equity and inclusivity in service delivery.
Eligible applicants are nonprofit and government organizations currently holding an award for this program. Applicants must meet registration, pre-qualification, and mandatory requirements and be prequalified before the application due date. Only one application per entity is allowed.
