This fund invests in cultural and creative industries in the Global South to overcome inequalities and enrich global culture. It supports arts and cultural bodies, government institutions, and NGOs to develop stronger industries in cinema, performing arts, visual arts, media arts, design, music, and publishing. Funded activities include innovative projects, skills upgrading, network building, and evidence-based inclusive policy development to help communities build thriving cultural sectors.
Eligible applicants include arts and cultural bodies, government institutions, and non-governmental organizations based in the Global South.
