This micro grant supports state and local Realtor Associations in creating placemaking projects such as nature paths, community gardens, parklets, and miniparks. Up to two grants of $500-$2,000 are awarded annually. Applications are accepted year-round with decisions made within 10 days, enabling quick support for community-enhancing initiatives.
Eligible applicants are state and local Realtor Associations. Community groups must partner with local Realtors to apply.
