DEED Grants provide funding from $25,000 up to $125,000 for pilot projects, new technology demonstrations, early commercialization, and best practices development. Funded initiatives focus on energy efficiency, environment, reliability, safety, security, telecommunications, and other electric utility issues. Eligible applicants are DEED member organizations including public power utilities and related agencies.
Open to DEED member organizations including public power utilities, joint action agencies, state and regional associations, and federal service contractors that are members of the American Public Power Association.
