The Desjardins Startup Prize awards over $100,000 to University of Toronto startups in Early and Late Stage categories based on funding and revenue thresholds. Ten finalists pitch to investors during Entrepreneurship Week in March 2027. Winners receive cash prizes plus legal counsel, event passes, memberships, and lab space access. Applicants must be U of T students or recent alumni and available to pitch in person.
