The ESO Studentship Programme offers one- to two-year research positions for Ph.D. students enrolled at external universities. These studentships provide invaluable training and research opportunities in astronomy and astrophysics at ESO observatories in Germany and Chile. Up to two positions annually are available for students from Chilean universities, with a preference for candidates from ESO member states.
