This grant supports a coordinated, statewide approach to suicide prevention and mental health promotion across all Minnesota counties and Tribal Nations. It funds efforts to strengthen systems, improve access to support, provide training and technical assistance, and build community capacity for culturally responsive suicide prevention work aligned with the 2027–2032 Minnesota Suicide Prevention Plan.
Eligible applicants include local public health and social services agencies, nonprofit organizations, Tribal governments and organizations, and other agencies with capacity for statewide suicide prevention coordination.
