It offers practical skills, mentorship, and guidance to help participants start or strengthen grassroots initiatives, social enterprises, and NGOs, fostering community activism and climate advocacy.
Applicants must be 18-35 years old, reside in an African country, be proficient in English, and demonstrate commitment to social and environmental change and leadership potential. No prior experience is required, but applicants should be willing to collaborate and commit time to the fellowship.
