The Grow PA Tuition Waiver Program provides in-state tuition rates to out-of-state students attending PASSHE institutions in Pennsylvania. Students must enroll full-time in approved programs and commit to living and working in Pennsylvania in an in-demand occupation for a duration equal to the waiver years, up to four years. The program targets workforce development in key sectors including agriculture, business, STEM, nursing, and criminal justice.
Eligible applicants are out-of-state first-year or continuing students at PASSHE schools enrolling full-time in approved programs. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, not hold a bachelor's degree, file FAFSA, and agree to a work commitment and repayment terms.
