The Neighborhood Voluntary Tax Incentive Contribution Agreement supports neighborhood quality-of-life projects such as permanent improvements, neighborhood service programs, community engagement, and placemaking. Eligible nonprofit neighborhood organizations demonstrating collaboration and a mission to promote neighborhood growth may apply. Applications reopen February 1, 2027.
