Supports competitive projects that enhance infrastructure, workforce, and economic recovery in distressed communities. Funds public works construction, broadband, utilities, workforce facilities, business incubators, revolving loan funds, and economic development planning aligned with regional CEDS. Applications accepted on a rolling basis with required cost share.
Eligible applicants include states, local governments, Tribes, nonprofits, economic development organizations, and public-private partnerships.
