This grant supports permitted dairy businesses in the Southeastern US and Puerto Rico to make infrastructure improvements to farm facilities related to milk production and processing. Funding is provided as reimbursement with a required 25% cash match. Applicants must be licensed dairy producers and comply with a $700,000 lifetime funding cap.
Eligible applicants are permitted or licensed dairy businesses involved in milk production or processing located in specified Southeastern states and Puerto Rico. Applicants must not have immediate family working for SDBII and must adhere to a $700,000 lifetime grant cap.
