The Fred L. Armstrong Future Leaders Scholarship supports Columbus residents attending accredited post-secondary institutions by funding tuition and qualified educational expenses. Preference is given to active duty or reserve military personnel, ROTC students, and veterans. Applicants may apply annually for this $3,000 scholarship.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens residing in Columbus and enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited post-secondary institution, full- or part-time. Preference is for active duty, reserve/guard military, ROTC students, and veterans.
