This funding supports short-term academic collaboration measures to promote cultural dialogue with the Islamic-influenced world. Activities include preparatory visits, workshops, summer and winter schools, conferences, and exchanges to initiate or strengthen partnerships. The program supports student and early-career researcher qualification and networks academic partners across cultures.
Eligible applicants are state or state-recognized German higher education institutions. Supported participants include students, doctoral candidates, researchers, higher education management, and relevant non-university actors.
