This award recognizes medical students who have contributed to original interventional radiology research and are presenting accepted abstracts orally at the SIR Annual Scientific Meeting. Up to six recipients receive a $1,000 travel stipend and complimentary meeting registration. Awardees may also participate in grant review activities at the meeting.
Applicants must be medical students at accredited schools who are primary authors presenting oral abstracts at the SIR Annual Scientific Meeting. They must have played a meaningful role in original research conducted under SIR member guidance.
