This funding supports a qualified nonprofit organization to manage and administer all aspects of the 2027 Donald M. Payne International Development Graduate Fellowship Program, except recruitment and selection. The program focuses on international development graduate fellowships.
Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations with 501(c)(3) IRS status, excluding institutions of higher education.
