This grant supports an eligible organization to manage the 2027 Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs Fellowship Program, including financial disbursements, academic oversight, clearance processing, internship coordination, and professional development activities. The 32-month project ensures fellows meet academic and security requirements and are prepared for Foreign Service careers.
Eligible applicants include public and private institutions of higher education, nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status (excluding institutions of higher education), and for-profit organizations other than small businesses.
