This funding opportunity invites U.S. small businesses to submit SBIR grant applications focused on developing products, processes, or services that improve minority health and reduce health disparities. Funded projects should produce effective, affordable, and culturally acceptable technologies aimed at populations experiencing health disparities. Clinical trials are optional under this grant.
Eligible applicants are United States small business concerns. Foreign organizations and non-U.S. components of U.S. organizations are not eligible. Foreign components may be allowed under NIH policy.
