This funding supports large-scale, patient-centered comparative clinical effectiveness research comparing two or more widely used alternatives with robust efficacy evidence. Applicants must propose individual- or cluster-randomized controlled trials addressing key evidence gaps. Studies are conducted in two phases: a feasibility phase for infrastructure and engagement, followed by a full-scale trial phase contingent on meeting feasibility milestones.
Applicants must propose individual- or cluster-randomized controlled trials. Applications are by invitation only.
