This call funds Proof-of-Concept Studies and Pilot Projects that use space-enabled technologies to improve the resilience of electricity grids. Research areas include forecasting and grid operations, dynamic thermal rating enhancement, and asset intelligence with digital twins. Proposals must demonstrate commercial viability, operational readiness, and clear space added value, targeting critical infrastructure protection, climate resilience, and emergency preparedness.
Eligible applicants must be based in specified European and North American countries. A Written Authorisation from the National Delegation is required for full proposals, except for entities in Slovenia under specific conditions.
