This call funds projects under two axes: Síntese, which supports synthesis of existing biodiversity and ecosystem data to generate new knowledge, and Transformação, which supports research that informs socio-environmental decision-making and public policies. Proposals must select one axis and are submitted in two phases. Funding supports research on biodiversity, ecosystem services, socio-environmental governance, and sustainability in São Paulo.
Eligible applicants are researchers affiliated with Higher Education and Research Institutions in the state of São Paulo, Brazil.
