The Vice-Chancellor's Merit Scholarship supports high-achieving high school students with an ATAR of 90.0 or above who demonstrate financial hardship or educational disadvantage. It funds full-time enrollment in a first undergraduate degree at UTS, with automatic awarding following ATAR results release.
Eligible applicants are Australian or New Zealand citizens or permanent residents, current school leavers or gap year students with no tertiary study in the gap year, who have an offer for a UTS undergraduate degree and demonstrate financial hardship or receive Centrelink income support.
